We will confirm acceptance of your order by means of an automatic acknowledgement sent to your email address shortly after you have placed your order but this does not constitute a contract to supply.
All weights on the website quoted are approximate and are for your guidance only.
Photographs or pictures on the website are representations of our produce and are for guidance and identification purposes only.
At certain times of the year - particularly at Christmas and Easter, we publish a "latest delivery date" on the front page of the website (www.healfarm.co.uk/index.php). This date is regularly updated and you should check that the latest delivery date currently shown is acceptable to you before you place an order.
Heal Farm do not deliver on Mondays.
Should any merchandise arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately and we will aim to resolve the issue by replacing the goods concerned or by refunding their value .
Once the order has been processed we cannot accept any cancellation request. If the circumstances are exceptional please contact us immediately and we will try to help.
We do not collect any produce except in cases were the food is agreed to be unacceptable.
Changes to products
We reserve the right to change the details of products as described on the website. If we have made changes, these will be confirmed to you before we complete the order, and you will be given the opportunity to amend the order if you wish.
