Made by Chef Phil Oram AKA "The Stock Man"
With a 25+ years Career as a Chef working with the likes of Michael Caines, Phil began his Career at the prestigious 5 Star Grosvenor House Hotel. He then moved to the Royal Automobile Club in London, it was at this early stage that he developed a passion for Stocks and a clear understanding of the essential role they played in making outstanding sauces.
He is now a Chef Lecturer at the Ashburton Cookery School helping well established Chefs hone their skills and develop further in their own careers.
All Phil's stocks are made Properly and traditionally using bones, carcasses, fish frames, herbs and vegetables from reputable local suppliers.
They contain no Additives, preservatives or flavour enhancers not even salt, leaving you to be able to season your end result as you wish,
