TENDERLOIN of PORK - min 400g
A family favourite of ours is to coat beaten out strips of tenderloin with
egg and breadcrumbs, fry gently in butter and serve with a wedge of
lemon, mashed potatoes, baby peas and rich gravy, with or
without anchovy fillets (tends to be just for the boys!)
with sherry and swirl in some double cream.
